At Nanjil Matrimony, we value the trust of our members. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Membership Fees

All payments made for membership plans are non-refundable once the services have been activated.
Membership fees are collected for providing access to our matrimonial database and related services.
Since we provide digital services, there is no concept of product return or cancellation once the service is activated.

2. Cancellation of Services

A user may choose to cancel their membership at any time by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop any future auto-renewals (if applicable), but no refund will be provided for the current subscription period.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

User not finding a suitable match.
User choosing to discontinue services midway.
User dissatisfaction with matches or responses.
Incorrect information provided during registration.

Refunds will only be considered in case of duplicate payment due to technical error, and such requests must be raised within 7 working days with proof of payment.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to payments or cancellations shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
Jurisdiction will lie exclusively with the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
